We organize wine tastings in an attractive, monumental building in the heart of the historic city center of Amsterdam, within walking distance of Central Station. Taste delicious wines, while our qualified sommelier shares her knowledge with you. Of course there is also enough time during the tasting to enjoy the wine together.
Taste wine and enjoy
If you are interested in the preparation method of wine and the theory behind the different flavors and grapes, then this wine tasting is perfect for you. Four different wines are served; two tasting glasses of white wine and two tasting glasses of red wine. Water and bread are on the table to neutralize the taste. The tasting will be concluded with a glass of your favorite wine and a matching culinary snack.
Are you not so much interested in the theory and do you just want to taste good wines with matching dishes AND learn something about the wine/food combinations? Then a High Wine better suits your needs!
Price of the wine tasting
The duration of a wine tasting is approximately 1.5 hours and the price is € 30,50 per person. You can reserve for 5 people or more. Are you with less people, then we advise to reserve a High Wine. During a High Wine it's all about the wine/food combinations and you will enjoy delicious food pared with different wines.
