High Wine

Enjoy the tastiest wine-food combinations in the historic city center of Amsterdam. This High Wine is served in a monumental building with a historic interior or on the terrace when weather permits. Be surprised by the combination of delicious wines with matching dishes. We take dietary requirements and allergies into account. For example, if there is a vegetarian in the group, this person will receive an adapted menu.

This high wine includes three different wines with matching seasonal dishes. You will sit at a beautifully laid table and with each course your waiter/waitress will tell about the chosen combination and how the flavors reinforce each other. The high wine consists of a small starter, main course and dessert. Although you really won't be hungry afterwards, you have to keep in mind that these are small dishes and that the main goal is the wine / food combination. Hence the attractive price!

Do you want to taste wine only and learn about the wine making process, the different grape varieties, regions and flavors of wine? Then go for a wine tasting instead of a high wine.

The duration of a high wine is approximately 1.5 hours and costs € 34 per person. For this you get three tasting glasses of wine and three seasonal dishes. It is possible to take (dietary) wishes or allergies into account. For a supplement of € 6 per person you will receive full glasses of wine instead of tasting glasses. The high wine can be reserved for 2 people or more.
It is also possible to reserve a high wine with 4 courses and wines (2 hours) or even 5 courses and wines (2.5 hours).
